Commercial Stucco Renovation
As professional stucco contractors, we were asked to install a hard-coat stucco system on this old commercial building. We completely transformed the exterior of this building by using a “Master Wall” stucco system. We applied a metal lath over the existing block wall construction and installed control joints and casing bead as required. We then applied a scratch-coat and a brown-coat with a glass fibers mixed into the mortar to give better reinforcement. Lastly a sand-textured “Master Wall” acrylic stucco finish was applied. All work was done to code with the highest level of craftsmanship. Check out the before and after photos to see the remarkable transformation that a quality stucco job can give.
